Included in all of our Personal Training packages is daily nutritional monitoring and suggesting, weekly or bi-weekly grocery shopping accompanyment, a monthly assessment analyzing body fat percentage, inches lost/gained(building muscle), and weight.

Looking to boost office morale, decrease sick days, and create the optimum work environment for your team? Corporate training is offered for small groups of 5-7 "per group" companies who are looking to improve the health of their employees. We use bootcamp and crossfit style training with complete and total flexibility to reprogram and transition into yoga or kickboxing

This program is not for the faint of heart; We offer 5 days a week, crosstraining workouts available at 5:15am & 9am, 2 different times a day. Not everyone wants to work out alone. This program is for those who are looking to get in the best shape they've ever been in alongside a group of like-minded individuals.
